Robin x Luffy Headcanons

NOTE: not bashing or flaming other pairs just saying things that make sense to me :3.
After seeing robin in the anime, i love this shipping Robin with Luffy. They are similar in some parts and complete opposites in others parts but what i see in them is the love spark which you don't see much else where.

Naruto and hinata shared the backgrounds of being rejected. Naruto was rejected his very existence as human and considered monster who killed people and hinata rejected by his family to succeed as heir to family due to her being weak. Robin is kinda of situation naruto was in but she saw her people getting killed in front of her like sasuke. While luffy have few good time in early age but with ace left to become pirate, sabo considered dead(quite painful if you are that attached and consider him brother), he found shanks group and when they left he was lonely again, maybe only garb left with towns folk who he got bored with. Nami got same fate losing her foster mother and living as slave to arlong's gang. Hancock becoming slave and suffered similar fate as nami.

Luffy is like naruto in care free nature to hide his sorrow but luffy may not have such sorrows like naruto but who knows what the author shows us later on.

Luffy could have known about nico robin through shanks or town folk who compared luffy eating devil fruit at that early age with robin and her bounty poster and rumors. Or could have known more about robin through shanks where he tells the truth about her what he knows past government based lies or rumors people could have told. Luffy getting excited that someone his age eat fruit too and wanted to meet her already and to know her adventures she have gone on etc.

Nami is equal to sakura every way i see it, so not thinking they will go along well together due to huge differences between everything they do except protecting their group. Except nami herself is pervet of sort like naruto and weaker than sakura and hinata, well naruto never charged for his sexy jutsu lol.

Robin being rejected by world to not exist like naruto. Similar to luffy having d. in his name to should not exist in this world. And luffy have shown care to every group member but he only shown emotional breakdowns when something happened to robin but only get serious or angry for others well being but never a breakdown except for robin or third person like in alabasta arc where crocodile sends dust storm for the old man. And luffy actually have listened to robin about things and understood, than any other person i can think of.

Both nami and robin saved by luffy. But luffy saved nami by just kicking daylights of arlong + gang, still didn't burn there flag. He only decided that for robin to go to war by burning flag and not just any flag, flag to world government which have every freaking monster on pay roll which luffy knows fully well. Otherwise luffy should have beat every person like always and get robin back he didn't even need to burn flag to get her back.

I can say robin and luffy are kind of people who have the capacity to listen to each other but hancock who will do anything for luffy at her expense or nami who will just shut him down on every other thing.

Just too much info going in head to begin first comment, ahh i am in love seeing luffy and robin together in my mind but not knowing whether or not author pairs them is making me love sick X(.

Hancock being slave and tormented and would get rejected by her people should they know about her past. And have one sided love but since luffy rejected her proposal for marriage so nothing going on there.

If hancock  is perfect for luffy yet he rejects her marriage proposal fully knowing what it means, there are two things
1) he is not interested in getting married anytime soon
2) he doesn't want hancock as his wife but as comrade only
3) he already have considered someone else to marry and/or point 2. That someone could only be someone when luffy have met people before hancock.

As far as age differences go it doesn't matter. Being a Muslim i can give you example of our Prophet Muhammad who was married to 40 year old khadija when he was only 25 and to top it off she was impressed by his honesty and proposed to him.
